Reviews:

“As a die-hard digital edge-to-edge longarm quilter, I never imagined that I would find myself wanting to explore free-motion quilting. But Leisha's videos make learning this new skill approachable and (dare I say?) FUN. I find myself reaching for a doodling pad daily, and hearing her voice in my head reassuring me that it's okay that I'm not 100% satisfied with my drawing yet. Thank you Leisha for making this new world of possibilities open to me!” Shelly Moore of Ma Tante Quilting.

“I’ve decided that Leisha Farnsworth is the Bob Ross of free-motion quilting! She is so calm, reassuring, and encouraging. Her videos will not only lay out some basic principles of placing quilting within a quilt top, but will also teach you how to think about filling space which, in my opinion is just as important as creating the shapes themselves. Leisha’s approach will encourage any beginner to get in there and have fun with it! I wish that this series was around when I was first starting to quilt—it’s excellent." Jess Zeigler founder of the Longarm League

“I have recently had the privilege of watching the new series of free motion quilting videos by Leisha Farnsworth.  Leisha is an excellent tutor and takes us step-by-step from drawing the many different designs, right through to stitching them out. She looks at how to place the designs on your work as well as many tips and tricks along the way. I am sure that with her gentle guidance and a little practice you will be well on your way to enjoying the process that is free motion quilting.  Even though this free motion video series has been designed for longarmers, I highly recommend that it will also greatly benefit those that use a domestic machine.” Donna Ward from Donna’s Quilt Studio

“I have really enjoyed learning from the videos that Leisha has created. I love how she broke down the concepts and made them so 'do-able'. She explains what and why she is doing on the long arm to create the stitches and designs. Although free motion quilting takes practice to perfect, Leisha's calm step by step approach makes the process less stressful. She takes time to troubleshoot for what could go wrong. She has thought of the beginner to the average quilter who could benefit from seeing where she is coming from. I recommend these classes even if you are proficient with free motion quilting because Leisha has so much insight that will help you approach your designs in a much cleaner way. Having been a self taught free motion quilter I have loved learning how Leisha thinks and it has helped me grow my skills.” Dara Tomasson from daratomasson.com

“I highly recommend these quilting videos to anyone that is interested in learning to free motion quilt. Leisha has a very gentle way of teaching and shows you every detail of how to do many designs. She guides you through drawing each design to taking your skills to fabric. A must see for any new quilter! Make sure and look at Leisha’s feed and also her edge to edge/pantograph designs. They stitch out perfectly.  She is a true quilt artist with a lot of skill!” Teresa Silva from Quilting is my Bliss

“Although Leisha is teaching the process on a longarm, I found the video to be full of information that I could use when free motion quilting on my domestic.  Leisha starts the video with doodling and discussing the scale and flow of the design.  She then moves on to actual quilting and shows her entire process.  No wondering how she filled in that awkward space in the bottom corner, because she shows you!  I tried the Overlapping Circles design (because it looks like rainbows), and felt confident while filling in the weird spots AND inspire to try the design at different sizes based on Leisha’s video.  My backtracking needs work, but I highly recommend Leisha’s classes if you’re looking to expand your freemotion quilting designs.” Megan Collins from Megan Collins Designs
