Laurie’s Yankee Doodle Dandy Quilt

Hello Friends,
I hope you’re having a great weekend. With summer coming up, I have a fun quick quilt to share with you.

Laurie made this Yankee Doodle Dandy Quilt for a friend. The pattern is by Holly from Maker Valley. It’s a great stash buster, if you have lots of navy, reds, and white/cream fabrics.

I used my favorite 8020 cotton poly blend batting from Winline, and a cream Omni thread from Superior Threads.

Laurie wanted a wavy line, and Patricia Ritter’s Good Vibrations is a perfect design! It’s available at Urban Elementz.
