Skye’s giant buffalo plaid quilt

Skye made this awesome giant buffalo plaid quilt, with squares ...if I remember right...over 8” big.  She texted me a picture of a similar quilt she had seen, that had Diagonal Plaid quilted on it.  It’s always fun to quilt out a fan favorite and see how awesome it turns out.  Diagonal Plaid is by Patricia Ritter and is available at Urban Elementz.

I used a white 30 tex polyester A&E Perma Core thread.  I also used a 8020 cotton/poly batting.

The pictures are showing as kind of a toupe/tan color, it’s definitely grey.

The backing fabric is just sooo fun!
