Spring Potted Flowers by Tilda

Nancy, Louise, and Susan each made one of these darling quilts together when Louise and Susan were visiting Nancy. They are each so beautiful!!

Guess what??? This pattern is called Potted Flowers by Tilda and it’s FREE!! Here is the link: https://www.tildasworld.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Potted-Flowers-Quilt.pdf

This is Nancy’s quilt with the creamy solid background and fun floral fabrics. I love how each of these quilts are similar yet what each of the sisters love.

I used Cream Omni thread from Superior Threads to quilt it. Use my non-affiliate code “ASTLEISHA” at checkout to get 15% off your order.

The sisters each requested my Wicker panto, which I was super excited about. I always love when my clients pick one of my designs for their quilts, and Wicker turned out perfect for each one. Wicker is available in my shop, go to: https://www.quiltingit.com/shop/p/wicker

I used my favorite 8020 cotton poly comfort blend batting from Winline Textiles.

How darling is this flower?!?!!!!

And this quilty texture…

Is soooo good!

This beautiful blue quilt was made by Louise, amazing huh?!?!

The colors really POP on the blue background.

When I’ve shared quilts with Wicker or another design that touches from row to row, I’ve had many requests on how to line things up and make them beautiful. Lucky for you I have a NEW video for you. I hope this helps give you tips and tricks that could possibly work on your longarm. Go to: https://youtu.be/p5XcOv2sAk0?si=MTU8BLtW48D_BDE3

I used Cream Omni thread from Superior Threads, which blends beautifully over all these beautiful colorful fabrics. Don’t forget to use “ASTLEISHA” at checkout to get 15% off your order.

How darling are these flowers.

I also used 8020 batting on Louise’s quilt, too. It’s from Winline Textiles. It’s the best of the best!

I just love my Wicker quilty texture!!

Next up, Susan’s quilt!

Susan used a small tan and white gingham, which is super cute. I took this picture when her quilt was still on my longarm, so you can see the beautiful floral backing fabric. (Top of picture)

The pops of red throughout the quilt are so fun! I love sharing the full look of a quilt, and the layout on each of these quilts is so beautifully balanced.

I used the Natural White Omni thread from Superior Threads on this one. It’s my go to color for so many quilts.

I love how Wicker creates a weave look on the pots. Don’t forget it’s available in my shop. Go to: https://www.quiltingit.com/shop/p/wicker

I used 8020 cotton poly blend batting on this quilt as well, it’s from Winline Textiles which is based out of Utah.
