LeAnn’s “a tale of two gnomes” quilt!

LeAnn made this super cute “a tale of two gnomes” quilt, with a Christmas/winter look to it.  I love it!!!  Pattern is by Abbey Lane Quilts. 

LeAnn chose minky for the backing, so the quilt had to be pinned on lengthwise.  Which means the quilting design, Frost©️...one of Patricia Ritter and my designs,  got to quilt out vertical.  Snowflakes twisting and falling!!!  My favorite!  Frost is available at https://www.urbanelementz.com/frost.html

I used a cream Perma Core thread called Antique Cream it’s a 30 Tex, and my favorite 8020 Winline cotton/poly blend batting.

I love the trees and Christmasy gnomes!!!

I love the texture that quilting creates on the solid Cuddle (minky) backings.  Shannon Fabrics carry the best line of minky in the quilting industry.

Love how the snowflakes are dancing across the minky.
