Let’s Bake

Terri made this amazing Let’s Bake quilt, pattern and fabrics by Lori Holt.  Seriously, the details in every block are so beautifully done.   

I used a circle ruler set I designed for the curves along the outside border...they are on their way to me, and I’ll share soon!  So excited!  I also used the Quilted Pineapple Edge rulers by Linda, for all the straight lines in this quilt, they are my go to straight rulers!  

It’s fun to freemotion quilt, and add all that fun texture! 

 One of my favorite parts of this quilt is all of the cross stitching...look at that recipe, and those sweet flowers!!

Another picture with that curved border, that I love to quilt...using my Circle2 rulers.   

Terri brought some of the Hobbs Wool batting, which adds the most beautiful loft to any quilt.  I used Antique Cream Perma Core A&E 30 tex thread.   

Now...I think I need to go bake some cookies!!
